The MX340 multifunction printer, scanner, photocopier and fax machine includes an onboard reset feature that you access via the LCD display. This feature enables you to reset the device in three different ways.
1.Press the 'Menu' button on the MX340 until 'Device Settings' appears on the LCD display.
2.Press the left or right arrow keys to select 'Reset Settings,' and then press 'OK' to load the Reset Settings menu.

Tips
- If you only want to reset fax data, in Step 3 press the left or right arrow keys to select 'Telephone no. data,' and then press 'OK.'
