I have tried the original instalation disc that came with the deskjet F380 and I have tried to uninstal all the HP all in one software and reinstalled from the disc and from the HP website and I still get that stupid message. I already have the HP print and scan doctor utility and I can get the HP software to run using that program in a limited way but withou the PDF option for scanning. Please can you help me to find a way to get that great HP software to run again?
