Canon Ip4500 A Printhead Is Not Installed Errors
Dismantled printhead and carrier of Canon MP610 multifunction printer. The printer was displaying 'wrong printhead error'.,and other messages suggesting. I transported my MG 5350 and when I reconnected it the display msg says 'The type of print head is incorrect. Install the correct print head' even though I have changed nothing on the printer. I'm using a Windows 7 PC and a Canon iP4500 printer. I printed something a couple of days ago which worked fine and I haven't changed anything but I just tried to print something and received this error:

If the printhead can’t print colors.Please take out the printhead from your printer,and use a white tissues to touch the mouth of the printhead.If the color print on the tissues,it means not the fault of printhead,and you need to continue to troubleshoot. After several years of excellent service, my Canon iP4500 gives the error message 'A print head is not installed or the - Answered by a verified Technician.
'A print head is not installed or the installed print head is not compatible with this printer. Install an appropriate print head and close the cover of the printer.'
I tried cleaning the contacts on the print head with isopropyl alcohol, but it didn't help.
Please can someone suggest how I can get it working again?
